Getting Started
Our Process
We understand this is a difficult decision and there are many factors to consider when hiring someone to come into your home.
Our staff is meticulously chosen and is fully bonded and insured. Our pre-employment screening includes a criminal and child abuse check, drug screenings and personal and professional references. This selection process is designed to provide you with the most considerate, dependable and responsible staff.
Our staff includes certified nursing aides, home health aides and homemakers that are ready to assist you with your own personal care plan. We follow all guidelines set forth as a Pennsylvania state licensed Home Care Agency.

1. First Contact

From the first time you speak with our staff you will immediately know the attention to detail we pay to you as an individual. We’ll gather the information needed to determine how we can best serve you and will strive to provide you with a compatible home care worker.
We Discuss Pricing Upfront... No Hidden Surprises
We will discuss our pricing up front so that there are no hidden surprises. We will set a date to visit your home, see your personal environments and do a detailed analysis of your requirements.

2. Home Visit & Assessment

This in-home visit is the time that we get to know you. With your input we will determine your care plan and what “you need and want” in a home care provider. We will inform you of your rights and privileges as a consumer and inform you of our responsibilities as a Home Care provider in the state of Pennsylvania.
A Well-Matched Caregiver for You
We will also determine what personality type you are looking for in a caregiver so that you are comfortable with our staff. A personal care assessment will be conducted to determine where we can best assist you in the areas of difficulty. A general needs assessment will also be conducted to be able to supply you with the home care help you are looking for from your favorite home cooked meal to laundry and light housekeeping. We realize that it may be hard to complete some of the more strenuous tasks of keeping up a household, so we can take that worry off your mind.
Call Us to Schedule Your Free Safety Assessment!
Finally we will conduct a safety assessment that will benefit both you and our employee. Safety is a key factor in being accident free, preventing falls, and maintaining a healthy working relationship.

3. Flexible Scheduling

If you are in need of a short visit or a long term caregiver we can accommodate your needs with our professional, qualified staff. We are available to serve you, from a once a week visit, to 24 / 7 round the clock care.
Our low minimum time requirements are also budget friendly. We will work diligently to fulfill schedule adjustments or additions to meet your needs. Just call our office to request the change. Since you do not sign a contract you are not obligated to a particular schedule or length of time that you utilize our services.

4. Professional, Compassionate Caregivers

Our caregivers have an average of 3 or more years of working with seniors, children, and those with disabilities. We demand strict compliance to our company rules and guidelines. All of our employees must pass competency testing and have a criminal background check and are insured and bonded. They must also pass all of the requirements set forth by the state of Pennsylvania to work as a Home Care worker. We treat you as we would treat our own family: loving, caring, compassionate and patient.
